All of our products come with a 10 day no quibble refund guarantee. If there are any problems with any item we send you, please let us know, and we will put it right. If you find the item is not suitable after you receive it, then contact us to send it back for a prompt and courteous refund of the price of the goods, but we do ask that you pay the return postage. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order (this includes our original cost of posting the item to you (postage and packaging costs) as well as your return postage and packaging costs). We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. You must contact us with 10 days of receipt of the items as part of our refund policy.
If you need to return any items we send then we ask that you email us first with details, we will issue a returns number which you will need to include with the returned item(s), without this we will not be able to make a refund. We also ask that any items you return are sent in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit, it is your responsibility to ensure the product is packaged correctly for returning to us and that you obtain proof of postage. In the unlikely case of goods going missing after you send them to us, you would need to use the postage certificate when you claim from Royal Mail. The responsibility of the items are yours until they have been delivered back to us.
