Primary Elements from Luminarte

The Luminarte Primary Element Colouring System is a multi-surface mix-your-own paint system. It uses two elements: POLISHED PIGMENTS (ground pure colour with mica particles, but no binder) and SIMPLE SOLUTIONS (clear-drying acrylic mediums).

There are three Simple Solutions for different surfaces:

#1 for glass and fabric
#2 for paper, plastic and walls
#3 for wood and polymer clays
