New Rusting Powder allows the creation of almost instant rust effect on fabric, paper and many surfaces. Use a acrylic wax, craft adhesive or other medium to the surface to be treated. Sprinkle the powder over the wet medium and shake off excess. Spritz with water or white vinegar and allow to activate. When dry, gently brush away any loose powder. Some surfaces or projects may benefit from a coat of sealant such as acrylic wax or Fluid Matte Medium.   CN51 Rusting Powder 50g £3.50
