Romeo (CraftMistress)

Romeo is by far the most durable water-soluble film on the market. It dissolves completely in cold water and works especially well without the constraints of a hoop making it ideal for free motion, digitized designs etc. Can be used hooped for finer work such as lace. Suitable of all weights of thread. Suitable for printing using inkjet or laser printers (use a sheet of paper as a carrier)

Guliette (CraftMistress)

Half the weight of Romeo, Guliette is another CraftMistress cold water soluble film. Use it with a hoop for exquisite appliqués, freemotion or digitized embroidery designs etc. Suitable for overprinting - requires a sheet of paper as a 'carrier' to support the film)

Magic Film

This film disperses when heated - usually with an iron. The film does require hooping, but comes into its own in situations where water-soluble films cannot be used - when using silk or hand made papers.
